Dear TLE Extended Day parents and guardians, I have some news for you all. I will no longer be working at TimberLakes Elementary😢. Another opportunity presented itself that I couldn't pass up. While it is so bittersweet leaving you all, I know the program is in wonderful hands! This role is being passed onto the amazing Ms. Dickenson, or “Ms. D.” as the kids know her. I will miss you, the amazing kids, and this program so much. I’m excited to see what a great year/years you will have. We will be both be at meet the teacher today if you’d like to meet the new coordinator!

Hi parents and guardians! OCPS has announced new tuition fees for extended day beginning this August. Tuition rates are going up by $2.00. This means an extra $4.00 deposit is necessary towards the two week deposit you have already paid (per child). AM care is now $17.00 a week, PM care is now $32.00 a week, and AM&PM is $42.00 a week- per child. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns [email protected]. Good Afternoon! **If you have received an error message when trying to create an account on Pictavo to purchase a yearbook please read** After speaking with Pictavo, If you are receiving an error message please double check that you are using *google Chrome*. **There is a new school code as well, it will be “95003”**. If for any reason that does not work you can always search the school manually. This should eliminate any errors/problems creating an account! It's that time again, can you believe it? Pre-registration for upcoming Kindergarteners as well as currently/previously enrolled Extended Day students is beginning. Attached is a google form for those of you who wish to pre-register for Extended Day 2021-2022 school year. Please fill out the google form by 03/31/21. Registration packets and will be distributed/emailed in April (to those of you who have responded on the google form). Please note that if you currently have an unpaid balance, you will not be able to register until it is paid.

TLE Ext. Day Pre-Registration 2021-2022 This form is for upcoming Kindergarteners as well as students who are currently/previously enrolled in Extended Day who wish to enroll in Extended Day for the 2021-2022 school year. Good morning everyone & happy Monday! As of today SchoolPay has begun issuing a fee for using their services. With that being said, I am able to accept cash, check, or money orders again. In order to do this safely; 1.) transactions must be completed in the Extended Day office during Extended Day hours via the drop box by a parent or guardian, 2.) parents/guardians must be wearing a mask and will receive a temperature check in order to enter the school, 3.) Extended Day has a day of fall fun planned for today! Thank you so much to Miss D & Mr. Kyle’s group! Their class has set up a spooky maze as a surprise for the other kids. They have worked so hard and their creativity is amazing💓 🎃🕸👻

Parents please read: The cafeteria staff has informed me that some parents are parking in the bus loop/no parking zone to pick their children up. This is causing dangerous traffic while they are distributing meals through the bus loop. **Please park in the parking lot when picking up your child/children, as we do not have courtesy pick up this year.**This is for everyone’s safety** Thank you & P.S there is no school this Friday, October 30th😁
