Drawing is not just about copying what is in front of you. It is about learning how to observe.

In Drawing People, Places & Things, students practiced drawing a Jeep from an image, then followed Woody outside to study his vintage Jeep in real life. They looked closely at the shapes, structure, angles, and details before heading back inside to improve their drawings.

That kind of real-world observation helps students understand what they are drawing instead of just guessing.
