Today, social studies is all about the musical Annie. I am going to be Molly, the littlest orphan. I want to learn what life would have been like 1933. So, I spent the morning on Khan Academy learning all about the Great Depression.

🌺✨ Aloha, friends! Did you know that Polynesia includes some amazing places like New Zealand, Tonga, Samoa, Tahiti, and Hawaii? 🌍 We had the coolest experience learning all about these places at the Wantilan Luau at Loews Royal Pacific Resort! 🌴

I got to try yummy foods, listen to amazing music while dancers performed to show us how unique each island/country is in the South Pacific Ocean. incredible dances, and saw some really neat outfits from these countries! 🥥🎶 It was a super fun way to learn, but way better because I could taste, see, and hear everything we were learning about! 🍍💃

I can’t wait to go back with my family! 🌊🌟

Part 1 of Why I love Homeschooling..

The ability to adjust on the fly! Today, we tackled two tough math concepts: long division and multiplying large numbers.

When I saw Bea needed a bit more support, I jumped onto Teachers Pay Teachers and found some awesome FREE worksheets from Caffeine Queen Teacher .

And just like that - BAM she got it! 🎉 It was great seeing her gain those new concepts and master the worksheets on her own… she was really proud of herself.
