At HILI Fitness, we’re all about creating a smooth, safe, and stress-free experience for everyone. 🤍

Please remember:

⏰ Studio doors open 15 minutes before class
🔒 Doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins

We kindly ask that you arrive early and give yourself enough time to settle in, get set up, and prepare for class. Once the 5-minute grace period has passed, our doors will be locked to ensure the safety of our members and to keep classes flowing smoothly.

I friends, I am Haley Park, a 23-year-old born and raised in Windermere, Florida. 💛

I’ve been taking XFormer Pilates for the past 3 years and joined Hili as a client a year ago. I instantly fell in love with the method and truly believe it’s the most effective workout in Orlando. That passion led me to become XFormer certified at Hili this February, and getting to coach this incredible community has been such a dream!

As a former competitive dancer, I love bringing creativity, energy, and intentional movement into every class. No two workouts are ever the same, and my goal is always to challenge you, help you feel stronger, and have fun while you’re shaking. ✨

YES.. we’re finally getting a shower/bathroom remodel🚿

Starting Friday, July 3 TOMORROW through early next week, LOBBY WILL BE CLOSED:

* Please use BACK ENTRANCE ONLY
* ⁠will have temporary front desk set up by back HILI sign in xformer room
* Back doors will remain LOCKED until 10 minutes before each class
* Please avoid arriving too early to help us manage traffic safely
* Lobby restrooms will be unavailable Friday + Saturday please plan accordingly
* Limited restroom access will be available through neighboring businesses

We know temporary change can be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your patience while we improve the space for you.

A little construction now = a better studio soon.
