Dear Everyone, Hello! I am sending this my message with big delay - excuses (I had issues with my I-phone and internet). It is about the LA SBMT Congress event that important for me and, I deeply hope, for each of us as it can bring significant transformation for our future (depends on us):

April 16-19, 2026, the 23d SBMT Congress organized by Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics. has been truly important for the MNRI as a big achievement. We three Presenters have been well -honored, supported with our ‘novelty’ MNRI ideas , studies and done work for children and adults in need.
It was one of the most intense times of work and interactions for us - amazing novelty technology, discoveries and research findings in neurosciences. Independent of this high technology we got acceptance and recognition of our “handy-done” reflex-driven work for the brain…
Our dear Isabelle gave two presentations on the Hyperactive Disorder with new and positive critical analysis of the ADHD and ADD - both of them were exemplary, giving me personally interest to hear our topic in her interpretation and depth of understanding and building the perspectives for further studies and practical work for brining improvement for real children in real time … it was SO kwolegable and with great passion! I congratulate Isabelle with ever her best presentation I witnessed in the past, thank you! You were Brilliant! Wishing you health and great results in saving the children and our world! My deepest respect for your courage and presenting the MNRI with great inner strength and honor!

Dr. Nelli presented topic on MNRI and immunity linking the results of her studies with Neurotransmitteres and Brain mapping. Very deep analysis and explanation why the MNRI reflex and immunity integrity is needed and why it works in real. Her presentation was on high level in big tune with recent novelty discoveries ( proposed by her 10-15 years ago…). I am SO proud of your Knowledge depth, dear Dr. Nelli! The material also included some aspects of studies organized by Prof. J. Koberda, Trina Diess and et al in 2016-2018, great appreciation! Thank you!

It was the greatest joy for me personally to be at this Congress were science—> technology and real life experience were in link and progressing to hopes… today I want to say Thank You for every one of us/of You, dear MNRI colleagues - this all happens thanks to your everyday work with your dear children and adults in need and some in deep survival… this happens because of your internal and our group mission of saving lives and giving the chance for further neurodevelopment and normalization of life - using reflexes - self-developmental resources that we are born with... ✨🌹🤵 We also attended the Society Brain Mapping Technology Gala 2026, which was held as part of the Congress. It was a night dedicated to honoring scientific leadership and supporting programs that change lives.

✨ Our Dear MNRI Team,

I am honored to share that a highly significant, world-class scientific event took place in Los Angeles from March 16–19, 2026: the 23rd Annual Neurotech Convention of the Society of Brain Mapping and Therapeutics (SBMT), 🧠 where we had the privilege of presenting the MNRI®️ Method.

🧬🔬This global convention highlights leading-edge science and technology across neuroscience, engineering, neurosurgery, ophthalmology/optometry, psychiatry, psychology, neuroimmunology, molecular biology, neurology, radiology, and oncology. SBMT is led by Dr. Babak Kateb, neurosurgeon and Chairman/CEO.

Dr. Svetlana Masgutova, Dr. Nelli Akhmatova, and I, Isabelle Renard-Fontaine, were invited to present our work by Dr. Deborah Zelinsky, an exceptional scientist and neuro-optometry practitioner, President of SBMT (2023–2024) and Chair of Ophthalmology/Optometry at the SBMT.

It was a true honor to present the following topics:

 We presented evidence-based research findings demonstrating the effectiveness of MNRI®, based on multiple IRB-approved studies utilizing MNRI Reflex Assessments, QEEG, physiological markers, neurotransmitter analysis, and visual organization measures. Our practical techniques and tools generated strong interest among scientists, such as our work with the Hand Grasp–Eye Reflexes, ATNR/Head Righting and Visual Neglect Recovery, Hands Grasp in Trauma ‘type’, gross sensory-motor reflexes supporting visual processing, the concepts of developmental dynamics of reflexes, our discoveries of how trauma is changing the visual organization according to its nature (Shooting, Wildfire or Flood catastrophes) and much more.

Spending four days among world-renowned scientists, physicians, and researchers was both deeply educational and inspiring. We engaged with neuro-optometrists, ophthalmologists, psychiatrists, and neurosurgeons, sharing and demonstrating the scientific foundation and clinical relevance of the MNRI®.

We are sincerely grateful for the respect and recognition shown by Dr. Zelinsky and her team, who have followed the development of our Method for many years now.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Svetlana Masgutova for her lifelong dedication to advancing a unique, non-pharmaceutical, non-surgical Reflex Neuromodulation approach in human neurodevelopment and beyond. The depth and global impact of her scientific and clinical evidence-based work continue to inspire.

I also wish to offer special recognition to Dr. Nelli Akhmatova for her outstanding contribution, particularly her work exploring the connection between reflex neuromodulation and immune system markers. Her content attracted interest of other presenting scientists.

Celebrating MNRI® at an International Scientific Congress!

Last week, a major event took place for our MNRI® organizations. Three MNRI® Instructors and Masgutova Graduate School Professors participated in a highly significant international Congress organized by the Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics.

The Congress brought together leading specialists in the newest technologies in nano surgery and implants for the brain and spine, the peripheral nervous system, and vision sciences, among many other advanced fields.

Our colleagues proudly presented the MNRI® concept, vision, and goals of the Reflex Driven Therapy Program. The audience, composed of scientists, practicing physicians, neurologists, neurooptometrists, and specialists from various medical disciplines, showed strong interest, support, and appreciation for the MNRI® work being done.

Our MNRI® presenting team—Isabelle Renard Fountain, MSPT; Dr. Svetlana Masgutova, post PhD.; and Dr. Nelli Akhmatova, post PhD., Professor of Immune Sciences—scientifically and elegantly addressed the importance of Reflex Neuromodulation for the normalization of neurodevelopment in children and adults with diverse diagnoses.

Our colleagues proudly presented the MNRI® concept, vision, and goals of the Reflex Driven Therapy Program.
