We've all come across people whom we can call the "Ghosting Leader". They assign a massive project, promise support and then… p**f.

Disappeared into 'meetings.' They aren’t malicious; they’re just overwhelmed by their own workload and drowning in operational 'noise'. 💼

The problem? When the leader ghosts, the team stops running and starts guessing... which often leads to uncertainty and the reduction of overall productivity.

Surely, not an example that one would like to set for those they lead, right? Stick with your team or let chaos begin and over time... reign.
