We are excited to introduce our new Masters coach, Valentina Laverde!

Hi, I’m Valentina Laverde, the new head coach of the Masters Rowing Club! I’m thrilled to join this incredible community and work alongside dedicated rowers. My passion for rowing began the first time I picked up an oar in the seventh grade and has grown over the years, and I’m excited to bring that enthusiasm, and passion to the team. My goal is to develop a strong, supportive, and competitive program where every member can achieve their personal best. Together, we’ll focus on enhancing technique, building endurance, and fostering a culture of growth and camaraderie. Can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together!
