Mark your calendars for November 6th and join us in making this year’s carnival an amazing event for our school community! ❤️

We’re looking for volunteers to join our Carnival Committee. There are lots of ways to help, including:

🎟️ Organizing the silent auction

Our annual Fall Carnival is right around the corner on Friday, November 6, 2026 (5:00 PM – 8:30 PM), and we’re looking for sponsors to help make this event a huge success!

With over 1,250+ attendees expected, this is a fantastic opportunity to promote your business while directly supporting our students. This year, we’ve reduced our sponsorship tier pricing to ensure businesses of all sizes can get involved!

🌟 Sponsorship Opportunities

Presenting Sponsor ($1,000): Business exclusivity, vendor booth space, logo on ALL marketing collateral (digital & printed), banner/yard signs, social media feature, and recognition in school newsletters.

Title Sponsor ($750): Vendor booth space, logo on banner/yard signs, flyers, social media, and school newsletters.

Platinum Sponsor ($500): Vendor booth space, logo on banner & yard sign, PTO website/social media, and school social media.

Building Kindness at Avalon 🤝⚓

One of our local Scouts is working on their Eagle Scout Project to install a Buddy Bench right here at Avalon—and our PTO is thrilled to help spread the word!

A Buddy Bench helps break down social barriers on the playground, giving students a safe way to signal when they need a friend to join in on the fun.
