Building Better Behaviors | Session 1

This Friday, we kick off a year-long effort to improve the patterns that shape our practices, our work, and our lives.

If there’s something you’ve been meaning to get more consistent with, let go of, or finally follow through on, this is where we begin.

We’ll start with our usual show & tell. Then we’ll walk through a practical framework for identifying what needs to shift and how to practice the new behaviors you want. We’ll continue checking in on each other’s progress at every subsequent meeting this year, regardless of the main topic.
