Hello all... I know it's been awhile since I've posted..! I myself have been going through some trying times but even in the hardest times of over lives it's important to take in the moments of life. The beauty around us, like the quote "stop & smell the roses"... the world is filled with beautiful sites even in your own back yard. Enjoy the small moments in life, it's the moments that create our lives☺️..!

Hello my friends, it's been quite sometime since I last posted. I apologize for that, life has thrown quite a few obstacles at me over the past few years but especially this year as I'm getting ready to have a serious surgery ... And there have been times I just wanted to give up, stop fighting and crawl under a rock but even the strongest people struggle. No one ever said life was easy but it is wonderful even through the struggles because in those struggles there's always good that shows up, we just have to look for it and not always focus on the bad that's happening in our lives when struggles are around... As a Life & Recovery Coach I've learned some hard lessons these past few years that have only made me stronger for myself & my clients and I'm sure you all know that life is a constant lesson that we are constantly learning and growing from, that will never change. In my darkest part of feeling broken, completely alone and wanting to give up I looked for the good, picked myself up, brushed myself off & didn't allow negativity to beat me. That my friends is fighting through a storm and finding the light & although I still have some tough times ahead no matter how rough they become I keep heading towards the light and it continues to get brighter!! Expectations can do some real damage... Truth be told we should hold no expectations for anyone except ourselves. Having expectations of others is how we create disaster for ourselves and others. We are all individually made in our own ways & always be open with no explanations☺️

One act of kindness can cause a beautiful chain reaction & without any expectations comes back to you ten full... We should be kind to all because we all are struggling with something in our lives. Kindness should be are way of living everyday...!

I've made a simple yet special bracelet to represent the lose of loved ones, the injured and the STRENGTH of our community...

It's starts with a Peace sign, to symbolize what most of us want in this world & 2 hearts. Now the 2 hearts symbolize much more... Inside the heart are Celtic Knots also known as the triquetra. It's constructed of one continuous line interweaving around it's self symbolizing no beginning or end, an internal spiritual life. Sometimes a circle around the 3 loops is added. It's known for many different things depending on the culture but for me it represents Unity and oneness. Which due to our recent tragedy is us, Orlando & America.
The Celtic Knot along with the circle represents Protection, Infinity, eternity to signify spiritual unity. It's the Yin & Yang of Balance. It's also known for
•mind, body & soul
•thought, feeling & emotion
•protection, equality & healing
•power, intellect & LOVE

I only have a handful at the moment but will be getting more material this week. The bracelet is $10 & half of the proceeds will be going towards the Go Fund Me family accounts & other organizations. So I'm trying to get a head count of who would be interested. Please let me know & please SHARE.
The bracelet as you can see has a simple loop and hooks on.
