The picture of stability and sustainability of Join&Coin Corporation (J&C) from past to present future has become more and more clearly.The year 2011 was regarded as the year of preparation for the next 3 years that moved towards in becoming the public company in Mai Stock Market as planned.
The basic principles for a company to register in the following – registered capital of over 300 million baht, annual profit no less than200 million baht per year.And it was not difficult for Join&Coin to achieve that goal. The tatal sales of the company has been increasing continually.For year 2011,the total sales reached 2,000 million baht.Meanwhile,we have laid a strong foundation and made preparation in many aspects.One of them is that we have purchased lands in many provinces,each covering more than 2 rais,in order to expand our branches.Some of them are in Khon Kaen,Phisanulok,Hat Yai,Trang,Nakhon Si Thammarat,Udon Thani and Pattani. As the sole invest over 60 million baht for each branch. More importantly,with the strong intertion of Dr.Somchai Hatchalelaha who has the far-sighted vision,we always have clear purpose in driving our business to be “the direct sales store”.We always work under the policy of all-round business development, including developing advanced technology system which is better than general department stores.The consumers not only can buy many products,they also can turn expenses into income.We also provide benefits to members who can persuade others to join our network.Besides,we have developed more than 10,000 items of products.We have set up internal management system so that our staff can improve their skills and knoeledge through continuous training for over 10 years and forever.We have also been preparing to develop the new form of marketing to add value to business.By this way,Join Mart and Join&Coin have been blended together in houseware and consumer products,before moving forward to become full-scale “Superstore”.We have also concretely developed the organization structure in order to take the next the next step to be a “public company” which is the important goal of Join&Coin. “Dr.Somchai Hatchalelaha is currently a member of a committee drafting a new direct sales law to reform the direct sales industry” Apart from the clear pictures of Join&Coin’s success,Dr.Somchai Hatchalelaha,the leader of the company was received the “Quality Persons of the Year 2011 Award” in the field of Commercial Business from the Foundation of Science and Technology Council of Thailand,recognizing his outstanding ability.The award presentation ceremony took place on 19 October 2011 at Convention Hall,Chulabhorn Research Institute,and the awards were presented by His Excellency Privy Councilor General Pichit Kullawanit,Chairman of the ceremony.The immeasurable ability and knowledge of Dr.Somchai Hatchalelaha has continuously contributed to the development of the direct sales industry in Thailand.Even presently,he still determines to present the ideas for laying the strong foundation for the industry,especially in respect to the revolutionizing of the direct sales law.Dr.Somchai,as the general secretary of Thai Direct Selling Development Association(TSDA),has participated in the working group of drafting a new law on the direct sales.
