They help develop strength, stability, and muscular endurance that support the hand attacks and defensive movements we practice in class.

Not every challenge a child faces looks like a fight.
Most begin quietly: pressure, intimidation, unwanted contact, or situations that simply don’t feel right.

We train children to recognize those moments early and respond with clarity, not panic.

Not with performance. Not with competition.
But with simple, effective principles that work under pressure.

Krav Maga was created for one purpose: real-life situations where there are no rules and no referees.
The focus is not sport. It is survival, awareness, and decision-making.

In our Kids program, students learn to:

• Notice risk before it escalates
• Understand distance, boundaries, and personal space
• Avoid confrontation whenever possible
• Escape safely from grabs, holds, or pressure situations
