Graduating seniors, please be reminded to arrive at 7:00am in appropriate graduation attire. Family and friends of graduates, the arena will open at 7:30am for general admission. You must have a ticket to enter the arena.

Additional Graduation tickets will be available for pick-up, for those that requested them, on Tuesday, May 26th at the PAC from 10am to 1pm. Tickets must be picked up by the Graduating Senior.

2026 Medical Research Summer Camp (MRSC)

The Office of Access, Belonging & Community Engagement at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine is excited to offer the Medical Research Summer Camp (MRSC). This free, week‑long summer day camp is designed to support high‑achieving high school students, especially those from low‑income backgrounds as they explore educational pathways and connect with diverse research professionals.

This is our first year running this research camp, therefore this cohort is limited to only 12 students.

MRSC welcomes students entering grades 10–12 who are eager to participate in hands‑on STEM research and guided independent projects. Throughout the week, participants will learn about public health and population‑based research while engaging in interactive activities that spark curiosity and build confidence in scientific inquiry. A complimentary lunch is provided each day.

APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY ADULTS

*PLEASE NOTE: Space is limited. Priority will be given to candidates who:
Attend our partner programs: Elevation Scholars and Elevate Orlando
Attend our partner high schools: Evans High School; Jones High School; Colonial High School, NeoCity Academy
Have at least a 3.0+ unweighted grade-point-average (GPA)
Able to attend ALL required days of the academy (Monday-Thursday)
Have reliable transportation to camp locations (on their own or facilitated by the partner program)
Have a history of good personal behavior and respect for others
Have a positive outlook and willing to learn
Students committed to healthcare research, innovation and discovery
Other students may be considered based on program capacity.
MRSC takes place July 20-24, 2026, 9:00AM-4:30PM. Personal transportation is required to and from UCF campuses for all 4 days of the program. Application deadline Monday, June 29, 2026, 11:59PM EST. DO NOT APPLY TWICE.

*Please note the MRSC will be held on multiple UCF campuses, but not more than one campus per day. Locations will be detailed in the online itinerary. If needed, virtual guest parking passes can be purchased from UCF for $8/day.
