Our after-school chefs got creative in the kitchen today! Students made their own delicious banana sushi while practicing kitchen skills, following directions, and building their independence.

We would love to introduce you to our August Instructor of the Month - Julissa Rosario!

Julissa is an amazing instructor from Chicago, IL who started with Apollo in 2023 as an educator, and now works as an Assistant Area Coordinator. Her attention to detail and exceptional ability to support her staff make her an invaluable leader and a tremendous asset to our team.

In her free time Julissa enjoys traveling and exploring all the city has to offer. We can’t wait for you to meet her!

The new school year will be here before we know it. One easy way to help children transition back into a school routine is to begin adjusting bedtime a little earlier each night before school starts.

Small changes now can make those first few mornings much smoother for everyone.

💡 Our students put their engineering skills to work with a fun STEM challenge - building their own fans!

It was exciting to watch them think like engineers as they asked thoughtful questions and persevered through the challenge. Hands-on learning like this builds confidence, sparks creativity, and develops problem-solving skills that will benefit them far beyond the classroom.
