Did you know that you can get original research experiences from classes designated HIP-Research Intensive? And then get to present your research at a special showcase at the end of the semester?

Today we got to see presentations from students in Research Intensive courses and other High Impact Practice designated courses in the Key West Ballroom. Students in Research Intensive, Service Learning, Integrative Learning Experience, and Global Learning courses wowed us with what they had achieved in just a semester. They showed the huge range of opportunities available at UCF, from archaeology to marine biology to biomedical sciences to psychology to statistics to writing and rhetoric. You can still check out the online component of the showcase at UCF Libraries’ STARS site.
