This year I stayed on top of core work and flexibility while working out mostly in the park. Cleaning up my diet and recovery have allowed me to stay fit and I’m very happy with the results. Has been a tough year to stay in shape, mind, body, and spirit. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!
No more excuses 2020! This is my second week of a full leg day since 2019. The pandemic forced me to pick up a job with Amazon which is very taxing on my body. Lifting heavy and Amazon can be a bad combination if recovery and diet are not taken seriously. With proper diet and recovery I have been able to keep up with my full workouts while delivering 300 packages + per day. The soreness and grit is tough, but boy does it feel good to be back on track.

Don’t know about you, but I’m tired of the packed gyms especially with Covid running around. Got a nice quiet private gym if you need personal training or a place to workout.
