Parents went “Back to School” last night, and this time, they got to experience BMC from their student’s perspective! 🎒📚
BMC PARENTS WENT BACK TO SCHOOL!
Following their child’s class schedule, parents walked the halls, visited classrooms, met their child’s teachers, and even experienced lunchtime at BMC. It was a great opportunity to get a glimpse into a day in the life of a Bishop Moore student and learn more about the people and programs that make our school community so special.
With beautiful weather on our side, parents also had the chance to connect with our Counseling, Athletics, and Advancement teams and sample some of what the cafeteria has to offer.
Thank you to all of our BMC parents for joining us and making Back to School Night such a great success!

What a blessing it was to have Bishop John Noonan celebrate our first all-school Mass of the 2026–2027 school year!
On the Feast of St. Clare, Bishop Noonan invited Sister Kristi to share what it means to live life as a religious sister. Her response was a beautiful testament to her vocation and her faith:
“If I could live 1,000 lives, I would choose this life over and over.”
We are so grateful for Sister Kristi and for the love she shares with our Bishop Moore Catholic community. Her witness reminds us of the beauty of answering God’s call.
What a wonderful way to begin a new school year together in faith!

Celebrating Our Teammates of the Year! 🐝🏆
BMC Athletics is grateful for the many faculty, staff, and volunteers who go above and beyond to support our student-athletes and teams throughout the year. Their behind-the-scenes efforts make a lasting difference.
Today, we celebrate two shining examples of what it means to be a true teammate. Thank you, Mr. Mosk and Ms. Gose, for all you do for BMC Athletics!
Go Hornets!

We began our first day of school as one Bishop Moore Catholic family gathered together in prayer, asking God’s blessing and guidance for the year ahead. 🙏
May the 2026–2027 school year be filled with countless opportunities to be the Light of Christ in the world.

As we prepare to begin the 2026-2027 school year, may God guide our hearts, strengthen our faith, and bless our school community.

For 160 years, the Sisters of St. Joseph have faithfully answered God's call to serve wherever they are needed, leaving an enduring legacy across Florida.
As the foundresses of Bishop Moore Catholic, their spirit of service, love, and excellence continues to shape our school community today. Join us as we look back on their remarkable history at Bishop Moore and celebrate the mission they began, one that continues to live on through the countless lives they have formed.
"When the school opened, most of the staff were Sisters. They taught the students and ministered to the needs of the community." Maria Scarabino (Former Director of Spiritual Development at Bishop Moore)

Today, we welcomed our newest Hornets to campus during Transfer Orientation!
Our new students explored campus with guided tours led by members of our student leadership team, participated in icebreakers, learned more about our Catholic mission and community expectations from our administrative team, and began building friendships that will last throughout their time at Bishop Moore Catholic.
We are excited to have these students join our Hornet family and know they will be ready for their first day of school on Monday!
