Patrick G., an AP Excel Personal Training member who has been working through the process of rebuilding strength, stability, and confidence after double knee replacement surgery.

This video highlights examples of the training we use to help Patrick progress beyond basic rehabilitation and work toward returning to the active lifestyle he enjoys.

His program focuses on:

At ATLAS Performance Training, we understand that completing physical therapy is an important milestone—but for many active adults, it's not the finish line.

Our AP Excel Personal Training programs are individualized to meet each member where they are and progressively challenge them as their strength, mobility, and confidence improve.

The goal isn't simply to recover. The goal is to get back to living the life you want.

These exercises are examples of Patrick's individualized program and should not be considered a substitute for medical care or physical therapy.

Today marks the end of one journey and the beginning of another.

This was Daniel's final training session at Atlas Performance Training before beginning the next chapter of his soccer career as a member of the Inter Miami CF Academy.

Since joining Atlas, Daniel has embraced every workout, every challenge, and every opportunity to improve. Through consistent effort and a commitment to the process, he has developed not only greater strength, speed, power, and athleticism, but also the discipline, resilience, and confidence that define successful athletes.

At Atlas Performance Training, our mission has always been about developing the total athlete. We believe that Long-Term Athletic Development is more than improving speed or strength—it's about building movement quality, reducing injury risk, developing physical resilience, and preparing young athletes for success at the next level.

Daniel, we are incredibly proud of everything you've accomplished. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. We know this is just the beginning, and we can't wait to watch you continue to grow and compete at one of the highest levels of youth soccer.
