😁 We are excited to welcome Mrs. Solis Ardila to our English Department as she continues her journey of inspiring students, building relationships, and Leaving a Legacy now at Lake Nona High School from McCoy Elementary.

⭐️ As a proud OCPS graduate, Mrs. Solis Ardila knows firsthand the power of great educators and the lasting impact they can have on a student's life. She is committed to creating a classroom where students feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.

⭐️ The LNHS Administrative Team spent part of the week at the OCPS Instructional Leadership Learning Academy learning, growing, and preparing for an incredible school year ahead!

💙 Throughout the academy, we collaborated with school leaders from across OCPS, shared best practices, gained valuable insights, and explored innovative ideas to strengthen teaching, learning, and student success at Lake Nona High School.

🌺 We wrapped up the experience on Thursday in true Florida fashion with a fun Lakeside Luau theme!

👏 A huge thank you to OCPS for providing such an outstanding professional learning opportunity. We are energized, inspired, and ready to bring new ideas back to our Lion Family as we prepare for the year ahead!

📖 Selected by a committee of Florida school librarians, the list features 15 engaging titles representing a variety of genres, perspectives, cultures, and reading interests for students in grades 9–12.

☀️ Whether you're reading at the beach, by the pool, or at home, there's a book on this list for you!

📢 Lake Nona High School Summer Hours!

⏰ Our campus will be open Monday–Thursday from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM during the summer.

🥗 Please note that our office is closed after 5:00 PM as staff take lunch from 5:00-5:30 PM.

🚫 The school is closed on Fridays.

🏫 Visitors should report to the Main Office, located across from the flagpole in the front parking lot off Narcoossee Road.

🔔 Please ring the doorbell upon arrival and have a valid photo ID ready.
