Are you passionate about supporting students with documented disabilities by ensuring access to reasonable and appropriate accommodations? Join the Valencia College Office for Students with Disabilities team on West Campus as a full-time Staff Assistant.

In this student-focused role, you’ll be the first point of contact for students and help create a supportive, accessible experience. You’ll assist students with registration and other forms, support office scheduling and daily operations, respond to phone inquiries and help coordinate events and outreach activities.

Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service, secretarial or administrative assistant experience and experience planning and organizing events, flyers or other outreach materials.
