DO-Martial Arts family, I need to publicly recognize our competitors for an absolute powerhouse performance at this past Saturday's Nunez Tournament.

Our students went out there and excelled like no other team on the floor, showing everyone what DO is truly about: unwavering respect, absolute physical control, relentless perseverance, and the core values that define a true Taekwon-Do student and leader. They kept their focus, trusted their training, and proved that nothing could hold them down.

One of the greatest honors as an instructor this weekend was having masters and parents from other schools walk up to praise our students' level of skill and character. Hearing that from outside our dojang means everything. I could not possibly be more proud to be their instructor.

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of hosting Master Zapata for a training seminar. We were able to break down our patterns and really study them. It’s always great to go back to basics to see exactly how useful and practical the foundations are. Learning the purpose of each movement and correct application of them is pivotal to self defense.

Great seminar! Thank you Master Zapata for sharing your wealth of knowledge with us this weekend! We look forward to the next one 🥋

This past Wednesday, we had the pleasure of hosting Master G and students from World Class Taekwon-Do with Master G alongside our own students. Together, we joined forces for a dedicated board breaking training session in preparation for the upcoming 7th Sunshine State ITF Tournament.

The students were eager to get ahead of the game—practicing their focus, feeling the boards, and sharpening their technique. Thank you, Master G, for trusting DO-Martial Arts and bringing such an amazing group to train with us. We had a blast!

This past Saturday during our All ITF class, we had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Pinto and his students. Our students practiced sparring together to build friendships and learn from one another.

I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Pinto, his students, and their parents for traveling to our Dojang and supporting us. I’d also like to thank Mr. Miranda, who always finds the time to visit and train with us.

Finally, thank you to all the DOMA students and parents for welcoming our guests, acting professionally, and always carrying the DO.

Last Saturday June 27 we had our All ITF Class. We have new visitors and more Taekwon-Do family to practice. Thank you everyone who attended to our open class and for sharing your love and dedication to our art. Thank you to all the DOMA students who attended and thank you to all the Masters who attended our training. Watch out for the next one on Saturday July25th.
