Fresh Check Day is an uplifting event focused on mental health and connection. Visit interactive booths, collect stamps, and earn treats (free ice cream + snacks👀). Plus, enter our raffle when you complete them all!

The Rosen College Apartments are located at UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management, making these an ideal location for hospitality majors of all years or students who want to live near Orlando's entertainment destinations. It offers apartment-style living, and the typical floor plan includes four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

The Rosen agreement includes Fall and Spring semesters, with the option to add Summer.

NorthView is an off-campus property (located behind our football stadium) that is managed by UCF. The NorthView Community is part of our Annual Agreement, which means it includes Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. It has eight floor plans, including two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartment styles.
