We celebrated the beautiful spring weather with a special Parent & Child Paint & Sip Afternoon 🎨✨

Parents enjoyed hors d’oeuvres while creating their own masterpieces alongside their children. The afternoon was filled with laughter, creativity, and meaningful moments — truly a wonderful way to spend quality time together. 💕

What a wonderful way to celebrate Black History Month! ✨

Ms. Harris’ second graders brought history to life through an incredible Wax Museum experience, portraying inspiring figures such as Frederick McKinley Jones, Mark E. Dean, Mae Jemison, Ann Lowe, Henry Ossian Flipper, George Washington Carver, Arturo Schomburg, Ben Carson, Bessie Coleman, and Phillis Wheatley.

Through research, creativity, and presentation, our students learned about the powerful contributions these leaders made to history and how their achievements continue to inspire future generations.

We are so proud of our young scholars for honoring the past while learning to shape the future! ❤️📚
