Conway Community and Future Families,

At Conway Elementary, we believe accountability is important and critical to our growth. While our recent state letter grade shifted from a B to a C, this score doesn't fully capture the tremendous growth and academic milestones our children have achieved over the last several years. 📈We are sharing our progress for all grades in the attached graphic.

We remain completely focused on the future, and we are more dedicated than ever to ensuring that every single child gets exactly what they need to thrive.

Proven Progress: Over the past several years, our students and staff have shown remarkable progress. We are incredibly proud of the steady, hard-earned gains our classrooms have achieved in core subjects.

Expert Educators: Our exceptional staff includes 17 staff members holding Master’s degrees and 19 reading-endorsed educators. 🍎

A Targeted Strategy: We are actively moving forward with a targeted plan to boost academic skills across all grade levels, with a special focus on strengthening foundational reading for every student.
