Widerman Malek, PL is seeking an Associate Trademark Attorney to join their Intellectual Property team. Principal responsibilities trademark prosecution, responding to office actions, and litigation involving IP rights.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of trademark prosecution and litigation experience and admission to a state bar.
We offer competitive compensation starting at $72,000 for this position including generous and attainable bonuses in your first year, as well as a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, 401k and more.

Grant a wish for all the children at Everyday Blessings! Stop by and grab a wish from the tree in the ALC. All wishes are due by December 18th 🎄

This afternoon was extremely rewarding. Counsel for Children volunteered their time with the Ronald McDonald House. They open up their rooms to families when their children are receiving treatment. It gives them a place to sleep, meals to eat, hot showers, and just comfort with how close they are to the hospital. The students had a great time giving to our community. @ Ronald McDonald House

SBA & WLA hosted a Professionalism event yesterday with Professor London where she discussed Collaborative Family Law. Today, Career Services and Counsel for Children hosted a Professionalism event with the Department of Children and Families.
