Today marks the start of Attendance Awareness Month! At Ventura Elementary, every day your Tiger is in class is a day full of learning, growth, and connection.
Throughout September, we’ll be sharing quick tips, helpful strategies, and key stats on why consistent attendance matters and how we can partner together to set your student up for success. Without further delay, here's your day one tip!
Establishing consistent daily routines, like regular bedtimes and organized morning schedules, is one of the best ways to prepare your child for a happy, successful year of learning. 🌟 Quick Tip: Set a standard bedtime tonight to help your learner wake up rested and ready to grow!

Picture Day is Coming, Ventura Elementary Tigers! 📸
Get ready to smile! Our first Picture Day of the year is this Wednesday, September 2nd.
Dress to Impress: All students should come to school dressed and ready to have their picture taken.
How to Order: You can order photos in advance using the order forms sent home or by scanning the QR code. Don't worry if you miss the advance window, you will also have the opportunity to order after picture proofs are returned!
We are so excited for our very first Picture Day with our new partner, Strawbridge Studios! We can't wait to see all those bright Tiger smiles.

Yesterday, our wonderful Partners in Education, Pastor Gary and Tammy Rice from Evangel Assembly of God, spoiled our teachers and staff with delicious, home-baked cookies!
