🧰 TOOLS OF A PUBLIC ADJUSTER | PART 2

More tools I keep handy during property inspections! πŸ‘€πŸ 

Pointer β€” Sometimes damage can be hard to spot in photos. Using a pointer helps highlight exactly where the damage is so it’s easier to see and properly document.

Flashlight β€” Not all damage shows clearly in natural light! A flashlight can help reveal things like ceiling stains or other areas that may otherwise be difficult to see.

Hollow Tile Detector Rod β€” After water damage, I can use this tool to help identify areas where tiles may sound hollow, which can be important when documenting the affected flooring.

Every tool has a purpose when it comes to thoroughly documenting property damage. πŸ“ΈπŸ“‹

Ever wonder what tools I use when inspecting property damage? πŸ‘€πŸ 

πŸ‘“ Meta Glasses β€” I use them to capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content while I’m in the field. (Not sponsored by Meta β€” I just genuinely use them! )

πŸ’§ Moisture Meter β€” One of my go-to tools for water damage. If wood floors are buckling after an overflow, or there’s a roof leak with staining on the ceiling, I can use the moisture meter to check if moisture may still be present in those affected areas.

Because sometimes, water damage goes beyond what we can see.
