A Supreme Celebration for a supreme moment in HER STORY!

On Saturday evening in Atlanta, Georgia, South Atlantic Regional Director Mrs. Thuane B. Fielding joined thousands of sisters and guests for “HER STORY: A Celebration of Legacy, Sisterhood, and Purpose,” honoring Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®’s 32nd International President & CEO, Mrs. Charletta Wilson Jacks.

The evening was a beautiful tribute to a leader whose 50 years of boots on the ground service continue to inspire this sisterhood and shape the path ahead. As we celebrate our Champion, the Significant South Atlantic Region stands ready to carry this legacy forward through Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.

Together, we will Champion Service, Empower Sisterhood, and Transform the World.

Charletta Wilson Jacks for the Champion Impact Moment - the official launch of the 2026-2030 Alpha Kappa Alpha International Program. Championing Service, Empowering Sisterhood. Transforming the World.

The event is Saturday, August 29, 2026 9A-12P at the Georgia International Convention Center in College Park, GA. Get ready for Service in Action! Members from around the country and the local community are preparing for a day of serving, connecting, and making an IMPACT in the Metro Atlanta community.

The Champion Impact Moment will feature health resources, family activities, entertainment and more.

Today, August 18th, as Florida goes to the polls for Primary Election Day, we invite the Significant South Atlantic Region to unite in prayer all day for our sisters on the ballot across the state.

As Champions who INSPIRE, let us surround them with the power of prayer and sisterhood, trusting that our collective faith will strengthen and uplift them throughout this day.

Champions INSPIRE! 💗💚

Congratulations to our Regional Director Mrs. Thuane B. Fielding and the entire team whose vision, planning, and commitment brought this inaugural experience to life and made it such a tremendous success.

On Saturday, August 15th, nearly 300 undergraduate members came together at Claflin University for an incredible day centered on leadership development, meaningful connection, personal growth, and intentional sisterhood at the inaugural South Carolina Undergraduate Leadership Institute (ULI).

Our undergraduates were at the center of the experience, engaging in sessions designed to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, enhance chapter operations, and equip them to elevate their impact on campus, within Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, and beyond.

The day also featured dedicated sessions for Graduate Advisors and Chapter Presidents, creating space to share knowledge, strengthen support, and further equip those who guide and serve alongside our undergraduate members.

South Carolina set the tone! Georgia and Florida, are you ready?
