A lot can change when you stop waiting to be ready.
The team went from me doing everything to 10+ people building this with me
The community went from a handful of people to more people than we can fit in one photo.
The practice went from an empty room to something real.
The setup got slightly less embarrassing đ
The office got too small. So weâre building a bigger one.
And somewhere in the middle of building all of it, so did the family.
None of the ânowâ existed when these first pictures were taken.
There was no guarantee it would work.
We just kept building.
Start before youâre ready.
Figure it out as you go.
Give it enough time to become something youâre proud of.
