✨ Self-care starts with the little things. ✨

This Saturday at ÜNIQUE Girls Academy, our girls had the sweetest time learning that taking care of themselves doesn’t have to be complicated—it starts with healthy habits, confidence, and making time for themselves. 🤍

From learning about healthy skin habits and the benefits of hot & cold therapy, to creating their own refreshing face mist, the girls enjoyed a fun, hands-on experience while learning something they can carry with them every day.

We also emphasized an important message: at their age, healthy skin doesn’t need a complicated routine. 💧
The essentials are simple:
✨ Drink plenty of water
✨ Reduce excess sugar
✨ Get enough rest
✨ Protect their skin with sunscreen
✨ And most importantly, learn to care for themselves with intention and love.

Beyond the activities, these classes are about connection—building friendships, creating memories, developing confidence, and giving girls a space where they can simply be themselves. 💕

After an incredible summer filled with confidence-building experiences, we’re so excited to continue the journey with girls ages 6–12 every Wednesday from 4:00–5:30 PM.

This summer, our girls explored social & dining etiquette, runway, leadership, communication skills, self-care, confidence-building, and so much more. ✨

Now, we’re ready for a new season of growth, connection, confidence, and unforgettable experiences!

We officially kicked off our Fall 2026 semester at Unique Girls Academy! During our very first class, our girls learned that good manners aren’t just boring rules—they are a lifelong superpower that will set them up for success everywhere they go! 🌟🍽️
