I have created a book wishlist on Books by the Bushel. Their prices are normally about half of the retail price for the books.

If you like shopping for books, this is your thing. If you see a book that you want to give and it is not on the wishlist, let me know and I will add it.

Every book will go to a child in need.

If you purchase from the wishlist, the books with come directly to our office!

Here is the link -

Creating a Wish List with Books By The Bushel is free and only takes a few minutes! You select the books and how many you need. Then supporters can purchase those books at discounted rates. Log in to get started!

What a fun time we had yesterday at the Back to School fair in Ocoee! Yes, it was hot, but we gave away tons of books - we estimate about 1700 - that kids picked out for themselves.

Thanks so much to Randy, Karla and Makela for volunteering and spending all day with me - hauling boxes, setting up, sorting books, maintaining the tables, helping the kids, and breaking everything down afterward - all with enthusiasm and a big smile!

Look at all of the books! Thanks to First United Methodist Church of Winter Park for their VBS initiative to donate books to FLY. These generous children gave hundreds of books so other children would have books at home to read!
