I taught two sourdough pizza classes at in Winter Garden this month, and this was the most raved about toppings combo. Crust was topped with Triple Ale Onion jam, Whiskey and Orange Zest salami, and gruyere cheese with a drizzle of Herbs de Provence olive oil around the crust.

This was a very popular class, and I'm sure I'll teach it again. I hope to see you at one of my cooking classes around town. (Link in bio)

Made some lentils today for extra luck. Puglia lentils from and some leftover serrano ham from . Served with a toasted baguette that I snagged from .thefrenchbakery yesterday. If you haven't been there yet, go soon!

Last night, I cooked a Cuban-inspired dinner for a group of eight guests. Each course was a play on something I grew up eating, with my own twist. The main course was ropa vieja over risotto. Swipe to see the guava and cheese puffs (made with homemade guava preserves, black pepper, and sharp cheddar included in the filling) and cheese flan with mango. I also made a tomato and avocado salad that didn't get photographed.
