I taught two sourdough pizza classes at in Winter Garden this month, and this was the most raved about toppings combo. Crust was topped with Triple Ale Onion jam, Whiskey and Orange Zest salami, and gruyere cheese with a drizzle of Herbs de Provence olive oil around the crust.

This was a very popular class, and I'm sure I'll teach it again. I hope to see you at one of my cooking classes around town. (Link in bio)

Corporate team dinner last night. I made crab cakes with remoulade, a salad (not pictured) of fresh local veggies with a basil meyer lemon vinaigrette, maple mustard chicken thighs with risotto and roasted broccoli, and a fresh strawberry pie with vanilla bean whipped cream

Last night, I cooked a Cuban-inspired dinner for a group of eight guests. Each course was a play on something I grew up eating, with my own twist. The main course was ropa vieja over risotto.
