We are excited to welcome everyone back for the 2026–2027 school year!
Student schedules will be available in Skyward beginning tomorrow, Monday, August 3. We encourage all students and families to carefully review their schedules for any errors.
Also beginning tomorrow, a Schedule Change Request Form will be available for students to submit scheduling errors that need to be corrected before the first day of school. Please use this form to report issues such as missing required courses, duplicate courses, incorrect core class placements, or other scheduling errors.
The Schedule Change Request Form can be accessed at tinyurl.com/BearScheduleChange. Please note that only students can access and submit the form using their OCPS student account. Parents and guardians will not be able to access the form. We encourage families to review schedules together, but students must log in with their OCPS credentials to complete and submit any requests.
Please note that elective change requests will not be considered at this time. Our priority is ensuring that all students are correctly scheduled in their required courses before the school year begins.
To help our counseling team process requests as efficiently as possible, we ask that parents and students refrain from:
-Calling or emailing counselors to request schedule changes.
-Visiting campus to request schedule changes.
Using the Schedule Change Request Form is the fastest and most efficient way to report scheduling errors. Our counseling staff will review each submission and make corrections as quickly as possible prior to the start of school.
