Even though doing a million sit-ups won't allow you to see your abs if they are covered by a little fat, working your abs will make it all the worth while.⏳

Eggs are one of the best protein sources!πŸ’―

Packed with vitamin such as B2, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc & iron. Most of an eggs protein is in the whites. Whites also containing less fat than the yolk.🍳

Enjoy your eggs in alot of ways. An omelette is a great way to get some of your favorite healthy veggies in. Spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms make for a delicious breakfast with a vareity of health benefits!πŸ₯š

Don't need a fancy gym or equipment. Your WILLPOWER and DEDICATION is all thats necessary! Working out at a gym is fun, dont get me wrong, but the wear & tear from heavy weight training can be taxing on the body. If not now then in the future. Protect yourself from injury or sprains by learning what your body needs. πŸ’―
