Ms. Melchert is an amazing teacher at Citrus Elementary School - OCPS who truly goes above and beyond for all her students. She is committed to making sure every single child in her class succeeds. She's found incredible ways to close achievement gaps for students with disabilities and has significantly improved language development in her English Language Learners. Ms Alexia Grant is a new kindergarten teacher at Pine Hills Elementary-OCPS. She demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and provides instructions that meets rigorous standards. We are thrilled to have her on the Pine Hills team. That makes her an Orange County Public Schools

Ms. Testman has been teaching for over 30 years, but her energy, passion, and ❤️ for students feels young and fresh. She has a drive to help every student achieve their maximum growth. She is passionate about Math literacy, and has a way of putting students with math anxiety at ease. She sets her expectations high, and her students consistently rise to that challenge. Mr. Quarles is Cypress Springs’ ESE resource teacher. However, he plays a much larger role on the campus. He is the co-sponsor of the inaugural chess club and is working to get the students invovled in competitions with other children. He also maintains the school's website ensuring that it is up to date with important information for our community. In his classroom, he hataken the initiative to create an incentive program to motivate his scholars to get the most out of the district's online practice programs such as Lexia and Reading Plus. Mr Metallo goes above and beyond in every way for his current and former students at Rosemont Elementary - OCPS 🦸‍♂️ Mr Metallo is known across campus for the various ways that he makes learning fun and engaging. His students love 💕 him dearly and are eager to greet him each morning. Mr Metallo stays connected with his former students that enjoy visiting him every morning as they arrive on campus. He builds relationships with his students that last well beyond their careers at Rosemont. This year, Mr Metallo connected Rosemont to his church and a great partnership has been formed. The students love when the ice cream🍦 ministry comes out to Rosemont! That is why Mr Metallo is an Orange County Public Schools
