PROBLEM SOLVING GOD'S WAY

I think we could all agree that problem solving is an important part of life for each of us.

Daily we experience problems that can hinder or improve our relationship with God, depending upon how we respond to them.

Some of my responses to problems have been irritation, fear, anxiety, frustration and ignoring them.

Through the years I have been challenged with the truth found in Romans 1:17 that the righteous live by faith.

What does Faith look like when confronting problems?

Faith is not a feeling, it is believing in the integrity of God and His
Word.

I am learning when confronted with problems I have the choice of trying to figure out the solution my way or God's way.

My way is planning and evaluation. God's way is trusting and thanking.

Think of the greatest problem in your life right now.

Run to God with that problem by telling him you trust Him and thank him by faith that he will give you the solution.

Then, watch what happens!

From the floods in Western North Carolina, this lady has a profound message...

I spent my whole life working for this house , she said . I am Sixty years old… finally stable.
Safe.
