Our PTA Leadership Club is helping our students discover what it means to be a leader! 💙💚
The club meets every Thursday after school from 3:30–4:30 PM. Students are learning how to become strong leaders, work together, share and collaborate on ideas, and help plan and promote PTA activities throughout the school year.
During yesterday’s meeting, our young leaders put their skills into action! They brainstormed ways to encourage more families to join PTA and created their own banners and signs to display around campus promoting our upcoming PTA Meeting on September 10th. 🎨🖍️
And there’s a little friendly competition! 🎉
🏆 The class with the most PTA memberships will earn a Popsicle Party! 🍦
We are so proud to see our Bucks using their voices, creativity, and teamwork to make a difference at Forsyth Woods! 🦌💙💚

As we close out August 2026, we can’t help but look back with gratitude at what an incredible first few weeks of school we’ve had! 🦌✨

From a great start to a brand-new school year, to the dedication and hard work of our amazing teachers and staff, there is already so much to celebrate at Forsyth Woods Elementary.

We are also incredibly thankful for our wonderful community partners, Feed and Fortify Community Organization Inc. , Salvation Army - Orlando Area Command and Snacks4Students, Inc for their be generous donations supporting our students and our Family Resource Center. Your kindness reminds us that when a community comes together, our children are surrounded by the support they need to grow and succeed. ❤️

And to our Bucks — thank you for showing up each day ready to learn, grow, make new memories, and give your best! 📚🌟 Every day you come to school is another opportunity to discover something new and move one step closer to your dreams.

To our families, thank you for trusting us, supporting our school, and being an important part of our Forsyth Woods family.

We are thrilled to celebrate Ms. Cruz Garcia, our Teacher of the Year, and Ms. Bennett, our Support Person of the Year! 🎉

Both of these incredible ladies bring so much heart, positivity, and Buck pride to our campus. Their impact can be seen in the relationships they build, the smiles they share, and the many ways they help make Forsyth Woods a special place to learn and grow.
