In observance of Juneteenth, all LHP campuses and Highlander Summer camps will be closed on Friday, June 19.

Our Kindergarten graduates are officially on to 1st grade! Surrounded by teachers, classmates, and families, these young Highlanders celebrated the end of a wonderful year and the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

Wishing peace, joy, and celebration to our community observing Eid al-Adha.

LHP Upper School students were recently featured in Florida Today for their work in the National History Day Silent Heroes Program.

Under the guidance of Upper School History Teacher Alex Hujik, Florida History Honors students researched and created digital memorial profiles honoring two World War II Marines, helping preserve their stories and legacy for future generations. Earlier this spring, students also visited the cemetery to connect their research with the lives and service of the veterans they studied.

As Mr. Hujik shared, “There’s so many heroes that are walking amongst us that we
don’t know are heroes.” We are proud of our students for helping ensure these memories live on.
