The Industry 4.0 lab will provide the opportunity for students to explore concepts such as sensors and control, data analytics, and the efficient utilization of resources. The program is designed to provide students with the skills and expertise they need to succeed in high school, college, industrial skills programs and prepare for certification courses.

🚗 LJ Create Introduces New Trainers 🚗 to Help Teach Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Technologies 🚗

Hybrid Vehicles Systems Panel Trainer (756-01) This trainer provides students and instructors with the opportunity to demonstrate, investigate, and fault-find a simulation of a hybrid vehicle electrical system. The trainer is designed to allow access to a simulation of the mechanical operation as well as provide a mimic of the electrical power flow. The panel also includes test points at a safe voltage level to allow for the investigation of electrical circuits. Digital Curriculum included.

Complete Hybrid Systems Trainer (768-01) Fully operational gas/electric hybrid trainer manufactured using original automotive components. Based upon a Toyota Prius MKIII Hybrid/Gas engine, complete with: HV system; Gas engine; Cooling; Exhaust; Ignition; Fully working CVT transmission; and Diagnostic functions.

Complete Electrical Vehicle Systems Trainer (768-03) This is a fully-operational Electric Vehicle Trainer, based upon a Nissan Leaf. The Complete Electric Vehicle System demonstrates the operation of the EV system along with regeneration when braking or deceleration. The trainer provides an enhanced training experience, with greater accessibility than the original vehicle.

Automotive Repair Skills Curriculum (ALB2) We also can provide our practical automotive curriculum that takes your students from beginner to shop-ready with nearly 4,000 ASE-aligned lessons in automotive technology and repair skills, covering every topic area in the ASE Education Foundation Task List.

Create Custom Lessons with the Content Creator

It is now possible to add your own learning content to the ClassAct II system. After creating your own lessons, you can modify one of the LJ Create courses to include them, or make your own custom course from your content.

Two content types are available:

Assignment — What one would typically think of as a lesson, the assignment creator can be used to collate and display your own text and images, or link to external learning resources.

Assessment — Use the ClassAct II assessment tools to quickly put together professional-looking assessments. Your assessments will be scored just like any other assessment on our system allowing your students to get instant feedback and allowing you to quickly generate reports showing their progress.

Industrial Controls & PLC Hardware - This sequence of instruction is designed to take every learner on a journey from beginner to industrial controls expert. It is supported by high-quality lessons, simulators, and hardware at each step. To complete the entire program takes about 90 contact hours - with expansion activities available for those students and apprentices who want to go further.
