What an inspiring morning at OSHS!

Today we were proud to host the CUBE Consortium Event โ€” Colleges United Bringing Engineering to You! Our PLTW Engineering students in grades 9โ€“12 got to connect with representatives from four of the top engineering colleges in the country: Georgia Tech, Olin College of Engineering, Harvey Mudd College, and Purdue University. ๐ŸŽ“

From hands-on insight to real conversations about their futures, our students walked away excited about the amazing possibilities an engineering education can open up.

A heartfelt thank you to Kathleen Voss from Georgia Tech and all of the visiting representatives for the invitation to host this event and for sharing your time and passion with our students. We're so grateful for partnerships that help our young innovators dream big! ๐Ÿ’ก

We can't wait to see where these future engineers go next! ๐Ÿ‘

We're proud to share with you all that over the summer, OSHS HOSA members participated in the HOSA International Leadership conference which took place in Indianapolis, Indiana. After qualifying at the Hosa State Leadership Conference this past April, these students have spent months preparing to compete against some of the top HOSA members from around the world.

๐Ÿ™ŒThis year was also memorable for OSHS HOSA, with a record-breaking five placements across the nine events our students competed in!

We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to our parent chaperones for their dedication in planning and organizing the weeklong trip while also supporting and supervising our students throughout the conference.

Congratulations to our 2026 HOSA International Leadership Conference award winners and participants!
