Joanie's Art Studio Joanie's Art Studio is a place for boys and girls (ages 4 through 12) to take art classes.

They will use a wide variety of medium with a focus on the process and techniques while having fun in small groups that allow me to work closely with each child.

Some helpful information about Joanie Forbes, the owner and Art instructor at Joanie's Art Studio.

I graduated from Mercer University with a BA in Art Education. I was the owner and instructor of Joanie's Art Studio in College Park, where I taught children for 10 years. I co-founded and administrated a children's summer program, "Discovery Camp" that ran successfully for 21 years. I loved having the opportunity to teach art to children with cancer through M. D. Anderson. And for several years I worked with the seniors at Westminster Towers leading them as they enjoyed creating. I have also taught in multiple private schools in the Orlando area. At this stage in my life, I have decided to offer Joanie's Art Studio out of my home. I am looking forward to beginning classes in September, 2022.

I want to thank each of you for sharing your budding artist with me at Joanie's Art Studio.
