Some helpful information about Joanie Forbes, the owner and Art instructor at Joanie's Art Studio.

I graduated from Mercer University with a BA in Art Education. I was the owner and instructor of Joanie's Art Studio in College Park, where I taught children for 10 years. I co-founded and administrated a children's summer program, "Discovery Camp" that ran successfully for 21 years. I loved having the opportunity to teach art to children with cancer through M. D. Anderson. And for several years I worked with the seniors at Westminster Towers leading them as they enjoyed creating. I have also taught in multiple private schools in the Orlando area. At this stage in my life, I have decided to offer Joanie's Art Studio out of my home. I am looking forward to beginning classes in September, 2022.
