Truth: In the stock photos used for advertisements and promotional materials you will rarely see proper positioning or safety guidelines being followed. Necks are not usually twisted to rest on bent arms and, more importantly, hot stones are not laid out statically on bare skin. There must be a barrier between the stones and the body to avoid incidence of burning.
