UCF students had the opportunity to learn about all the mental health resources UCF and our community have to offer and played some fun games to win prizes! 🏆

Kick off Stress Less Week with us on Monday, April 20th for Build-A-Bouquet: Self-Worth Shop! 💐

During this event, you’ll choose flowers that represent different parts of yourself to make a bouquet that is uniquely YOU! You will then choose to either keep the bouquet as a reminder of your own self-worth or gift it to someone else to spread kindness! 💛

During the event, we’ll also be celebrating the outstanding fundraising we did as a team for our Out of the Darkness Walk with our very own Dessert Fest! We’ll have a FREE Dessert Bar during the event, so make sure to stop by for a sweet treat! 🍪
