If today feels heavy, this is what helps me.
Not a full reset.
Not a perfect plan.
Just one small choice that brings me back to myself.
Even on tired days, I still do these —
breathwork, fascial maneuvers, movement —
because they reset my nervous system and gently give me energy.
Habit stacking is how I make this doable.
I attach one small habit to something I already do —
so showing up doesn’t feel overwhelming.
One breath.
One page.
One moment of intention.
That’s alignment.
And it starts right where you are.

Dear Me,
This is the season I stop waiting
and start moving with intention.
I’m not rushing.
I’m not forcing.
I’m not chasing what drains me.
I choose habits that support my energy.
