What could a day at the office look like for someone with ADHD and/or Executive Functioning challenges?

I am thrilled to announce that after a long journey, I have officially earned my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)!

Being an ICF certified coach means that I have completed a comprehensive coaching training program, demonstrated at least 100+ paid coaching hours, worked with a mentor coach and passed a 3-hour vigorous exam that demonstrates proficiency of the ICF Core Competencies and adherence to the ICF Code of Ethics in coaching.

This achievement is a huge milestone in my coaching career and symbolizes my continued dedication to growth, education, and excellence as a coach.

Thank you to all the instructors, mentors, clients, and my family for helping me to reach this milestone.

As a ADHD and Executive Function coach, I talk to clients about being able to “see” time. Incorporating interactive and engaging elements, like the colored-in clock shown in the picture, can enhance an ADDer’s understanding and awareness of the passage of time.
