This might not be what you think coaching looks like.

I have 2 coaching spots open this month if you want to experience this kind of work.

There’s a part of this work that people tend to skip.

We all want to focus on feeling better, being calmer, handling things differently.

But part of this is also being willing to look at the moments you didn’t love.

The reaction. The shutdown. The frustration. The pattern that keeps repeating.

Not to judge it—but to actually see it.

We live in both sides of this. The parts that feel good and the parts that don’t.

And a lot of the time, those reactions are tied to emotion that hasn’t been processed or moved through the body.

Emotion is energy. And if it doesn’t move, it stays.

So instead of just thinking about what you would do differently next time, we work with what’s actually there.

Feeling it. Moving it. Letting it shift so it’s not just sitting under the surface waiting to come back up again.

That’s where real change starts to happen.

This is a big part of what we do in coaching. I have 2 spots open this month if you want support working through this.

A lot of what we do in my sessions is looking at one specific moment from your week.

Something that felt overwhelming, reactive, or just off.

We slow it down and look at what was building before it happened. What was going on in your body. What you were feeling in that moment… and what didn’t feel available to you.

That awareness piece matters, but we don’t just stop there.

We actually work with what’s coming up in the body.

How do you release it, move it, or shift it so it’s not just sitting there and building?

Because a lot of the reactions people don’t like aren’t random. They’re coming from energy that’s been building and hasn’t had a place to go.

When you start to work with that differently, your responses start to change too.

I have 2 spots open this month for my 4-session coaching container. If you want to see what this looks like for you, you can DM me.

Most people are running on empty and don’t even realize it.

They’re getting everything done. Showing up for everyone. Keeping things moving.
But underneath that, they’re exhausted.

And when you’re in that place, your focus is just getting through the day. There’s no extra energy for creativity, patience, or even thinking clearly about what you need.

This is something I see a lot—people trying to push forward harder, thinking that’s what will fix it.
But it usually does the opposite.

Sometimes what actually helps is slowing things down, even briefly, and doing something that restores your energy instead of draining it further.

Not a full reset. Not a whole routine.

Something small that helps your body settle and gives you a little more space.

Because when your energy shifts, everything else becomes easier to work with.

Start paying attention to what actually gives you energy during the day—not just what you’re getting done.

Something I’ve been noticing lately… people don’t always know what they want, but they’re very clear on what they don’t want.

It usually comes out as complaining.

About work. About other people. About how they feel.

And I get it—sometimes it feels like that’s the only place to start.

But what we end up doing is staying focused on what’s not working, instead of getting clear on what we actually want.

One of the things I’ll do with clients is flip that.

If you’re complaining about your boss, what are you actually wanting instead? More support? More respect? Clear communication?

If you feel constantly overwhelmed, what are you really craving? More space? More help? More time to yourself?

Most complaints are pointing to a desire. We just don’t always slow down long enough to name it.
And when you can name it, you have something to work with.

If this is something you want help working through, I have 2 spots open for my 4-session coaching container this month. DM me if you have questions.

The way you talk about yourself matters more than you think.

This is a big part of the work I do with clients—helping them see what they’ve been carrying… and what they actually want to change.

It doesn’t always happen on YOUR timing. You just have to have faith and trust that everything is working out for your best interest.

Not everything that drains you is obvious.

When we talk about boundaries, people usually think of big things—relationships, work, saying no.

But a lot of the time, it’s the smaller, everyday things that are quietly draining your energy.

The conversation you didn’t really want to have.
Saying yes out of habit… or to people-please… or because you don’t want to disappoint someone.
Doing something to impress someone, even when you know you don’t really have the energy for it.
It adds up.

And if you’re not paying attention, you can end up giving your energy away all day long without even realizing it.

A lot of that comes from old patterns. Old stories about who you need to be, how you need to show up, what people expect from you.

But just because that’s been your pattern doesn’t mean you have to keep saying yes to it.
Boundaries aren’t just about saying no to other people.

They’re about noticing where your energy is going… and deciding if that’s actually where you want it.
Start paying attention to the moments you say yes automatically. There’s usually more information there than you think.

When someone is overwhelmed, even the smallest things can feel like too much.

This is something I see all the time.

It’s not just “I have a lot to do.” It’s that everything starts to feel heavy. Simple things—cleaning up, answering a text, making plans—can feel like way more than they should.

So instead, people shut down. They do nothing, or they avoid things they normally wouldn’t.
And then they start judging themselves for it.

But this isn’t about laziness or not caring.

When your nervous system is overloaded, even small tasks can feel like a lot. Your body is trying to protect you, not push you forward.

So instead of asking, “why can’t I just get it together?”
a better question is, “what actually feels manageable right now?”

That’s where we start.

Consistency doesn’t look how people think it does.

05/04/2026

This is usually the point where people stop.

Not at the beginning, when everything feels new and motivating. It’s this middle part—when it’s not exciting anymore and you’re not seeing fast results.

You see this a lot with things like fitness. People hit a plateau, lose motivation, and assume it’s not working.

But this kind of work was never meant to rely on motivation. It’s about building new patterns over time. And that takes practice.

One of the things I do with my private clients is start each session by talking through their wins from the week. And a lot of times… they don’t even realize what they’ve done.

They’ll describe something small—pausing instead of reacting, noticing a pattern, trying something different—and we slow it down and actually look at it.

That’s the work.

Sometimes it’s even in the moments that didn’t go well, but now they can reflect on it differently or see another option. That matters just as much.

Most of this doesn’t feel big or dramatic. But these are the shifts that actually lead to change.
They’re just easy to miss if you don’t slow down long enough to see them.

If you know you tend to overlook your own progress or fall off when things feel slow, this is exactly where having support makes a difference. I have a couple of private coaching spots open for May.
