One of my favorite things about homeschooling has been watching how our Disney days turn so naturally into learning days. Not because I’m trying to “do school” in the parks… but because real learning happens so easily when kids are curious, engaged, and having fun. ✨
We learn through storytelling, animals, Imagineering, culture, music, nature, creativity, conversation, and the simple joy of exploring together.
We still use a traditional curriculum at home but the parks help bring it to life in a way my kids remember far beyond a worksheet.
And here’s the best part… you don’t need to do Disney every week to bring this kind of intention into your days. Whether you’re learning at home, at a local museum, at the library, on a hike, or at a theme park play can turn into purpose with just a little bit of attention.

I am WAY behind on this challenge but our Introduction, highlight and struggle are all about the same haha 😄
🔅 Introduction: I'm a Disney Homeschooling Mom of two girls in pre-k and 18 months and this is our first year of homeschool! I work at home to make my dream of being home with my kids a reality so that we can learn, grow, and build string family bonds on our adventures ✨️ We learn at at home and on day to day adventures BUT our everyday adventures are often at Walt Disney World so we call our Homeschool 🔅The Most Magical Homeschool on Earth🔅
🔅Highlight: We made the decision to homeschool, got started, and reached some major learning and family bonding goals 🎉🎉 we also of course learn and play at Disney A LOT so that's pretty fun 😆 this adventure also brought on an expansion to my homeschool resources and classes buisness, my YouTube channel, and my social media platforms which has allowed me to do what I love which is to create learning resources, build community that equips and encourags one another, and help support my family's ability to homeschool 🔅🥳🔅🥳🔅
🔅Biggest Struggle: ^^^ see above 😆 😂 😆 if you have already started homeschooling you know it takes time to get in a groove and learn how your kids learn best. Also trying to build a YouTube channel, Etsy shop, add new classes on Outschool, and grow community on various platforms is a bit overwhelming especially when you REALLY want it to be helpful to people. Sooo while these are our highlights ⭐️ it is also been the biggest struggle 😫

Even though my VIDEOS are typically aboyt homeschool, we learn at Disney A LOT.

Don't be afraid to find adventure down a dirt road...
These are some of my favorite days. While I may be a Disney Homeschool Mom, we love to learn, grow, and explore wherever we go! We are working on a plant unit right now, so this was a great real-world example! Learning in the world around us is one of my favorite reasons to homeschool. What's yours?
