Self-confidence is not doing everything right. It's knowing your way.
How do you like someone who knows what he/she wants?

Making mistakes is actually cool. It makes you more approachable to others!
What was your last mistake?
Routine is the feeling of safety outsourced to a system.
Why do you need a system to feel safe?
After you click the floor button on the elevator, you feel how gravity and the thoughts about this workday pull you down.
Of course, your legs support you, but for how long?
You looked through your emails; you scanned through the information pages the last coach the company hired gave you, but NOTHING. Nothing of these hundreds of pages appears to fit your current situation.
Didn't they tell you whenever there was a problem, text them? Well, they are in some seminar and can not get back to you.
"Why?" do you ask yourself. Through years of college, university, and post-graduation training, why did nobody devise a solution to overcome this challenge?
Unfortunately, you are not alone. Unable to find a quick solution to a difficult situation at work is happening, possibly thousands of strong-willed, performance-oriented business people every week.
You have been trained to reason about situations that occurred in the past. You have been conditioned that there is a logical solution for everything happening.
Let's see: What is the reason for memorizing strategies which worked in the past and applying them to the future? Is tomorrow the same as yesterday?
Sure certain things in human history repeat themselves. Sure there are valuable things you learned in the past, like walking, talking, writing, etc. But we are not talking here about basic skills. Instead, we are talking about a situation where you have to decide. The company will develop further depending on your decision, and your income and the income of many other fellow humans depend on your decision.
And this is a decision now. We always say the future is not written, but by applying strategies from the past, aren't we necessarily recreating the past?
So either you recreate the past, or you have to take the decision and be unsure about what will happen next.
That's why I created the "Experience Wisdom and Clarity to do the right thing" program. We want to be and feel sure about our decisions and have a clear mind to concentrate and focus on what the day will bring.
If having a clear mind does not work, it has nothing to do with you personally. It has to do with your inner world, your inner balance. Some moments can throw you off balance by triggering emotions. You might not recognize them, but your thoughts will be without much foresight. You will have a narrower focus and ignore and miss important information outside your narrowed focus.
Deciding in this state will cause you to regret your decision. And even worse, most of the time, these triggers causing this state come out of the blue without warning. Furthermore, we do not even recognize that we have that narrowed focus. Instead, we can see it a week after we discover that the decision was not a decision that fits our image of ourselves.
Stop this cycle and learn to detect when you have a narrowed focus and what you can do about it.
Shoot me a DM if you are tired of starting your business day with a full head and want to experience clarity and wisdom in your everyday life.
After the summer break, in the final spurt to the end of the year, it is becoming more and more apparent that it can be a rough fall and winter.
This was brought to my attention today by a client who felt insecure and therefore would have preferred to avoid or double and triple hedge every decision.
It was nice for me to see how this desire for avoidance or extra hedging turned into a feeling of calmness, peacefulness, and an inner clarity in him at the end of the session, that avoidance and double hedging would cost him a lot of money. There would still be a lot of risks left. Out of uncertainty, he said, he didn't see that at all. In the session, he said, he got "a clear head at the drop of a hat."
Which one is going to give you the best results? Playing it safe or having a "clear head" daily to reassess the situation and decide.
