Our Phoenix Scholars started their first days in the office this week. New badges, new desks, and the particular feeling of being in high school with the opportunity to be in a room full of professionals who expect you to contribute.

They are learning to introduce themselves. To ask for help. To finish something and hand it to someone who is counting on it. These are the habits that outlast high school, and they cannot be taught in a classroom.

Thank you to every Corporate Work Study Partner who made room, made time, and made a student feel like they belong there.

Conversations that shape change start with the right people in the room.

Our Founding President and CEO, Amanda Troiano Livermore, had the privilege of presenting on a panel at the Q Impact Summit alongside some of Central Florida's most impactful mission-driven leaders: Derrick Chubbs, President and CEO of Second Harvest Food Bank; Jamie Merrill, President and CEO of Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida; and Prita Chhabra, Site Director for Public Allies of Central Florida.

The panel titled The Leadership Edge: Conversations that Shape Change brought together voices committed to access, community, and the kind of leadership that moves people forward. We are proud to have Amanda at the table representing the mission and the students of Cristo Rey Orlando.

💛Revisiting this special moment for our scholars.

The Blazer Ceremony brought together students, families, faculty, and community leaders to celebrate the Class of 2030 as they officially joined the Cristo Rey Orlando Phoenix family. The pride in that room was something you could feel.
