I cannot believe it was 25 years ago! I remember EVERY SECOND of that day. I had a 2 year old, and a 3 month old baby boy, living in Denver. I watched the television non- stop, could hardly sleep, praying for news of survivors, crying every single day for days. Could not believe this happened!
Have you forgotten? Remember the way we all came together regardless of race, religion, or political affiliation?? THAT is America!! UNITED we stand. Saying prayers today for all who lost someone that day, first responders (HEROES!!!), and our country. God Bless.

I've still had to change my eating habits, show up for workouts, build new routines, and stay consistent. The medication is a tool—not the whole solution.

Same gym, same trainer, same workouts, same diet...3 years apart.

First picture, I was 70 pounds heavier, frustrated and feeling like NOTHING worked anymore! 2 months later, I made ONE CHANGE...everything else stayed the same.

This morning I saw that picture, walked into the gym, and couldn't believe Nancy G-Segal was teaching class! In the very beginning, Nancy was the class I was in the most (at 5am!).

Thank you to ALL the trainers at ChuloFit Training Studio for always encouraging me and pushing me to do better. You guys believed in me, more than I even did myself!

Hard to believe 70 pounds ago I could even make it through these workouts!!

Sometimes, one little change is all it takes!!
